Quality Inn & Suites Wisconsin Dells Downtown - Waterparks Area Newly Renovated 2026

Good place with amenities like free parking, indoor swimming pool, wi-fi, and 24-hour reception. The staff even helped me find my lost barrette on my first stay. Highly recommended!

Because of a problem with the a double room I was upgraded and had recently refurbished room with 2 queen beds. The location of this hotel very close to the Wisconsin Dells as well as downtown was convenient.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were very rude.

Convenient location in Wisconsin Dells close to the water park, boats, and downtown. A double room with the hot tub and fridges, for example. Accommodating, personable staff towards all guests.

This was our second time here. The first time we came was back in July of 2015 when we celebrated our 19th anniversary. This year we celebrated my wife's birthday and the place was fabulous. The continental breakfast was exactly what we expected: excellent. We weren't looking for anything too fancy; this suited us perfectly. Another improvement that the hotel made was the replacement of old tube TV's with flat-screen TV's. In all, this was an excellent stay and we look forward to returning here next year.

There was nothing to dislike except the weather was a little chilly for May (Mother Nature, we need to talk--LOL!)

Clean room, comfy bed, convenient location, with easy access to free parking and a relaxing indoor pool to unwind after a day of exploring the area.

Breakfast options were lacking .

Room was dirty. Sand in the sheets! Toilet seat scraped up and chipped. Cigarette burns all around sink and side of tub.

Price was fair and free water park passes to Chula Vista

The room was comfortable, but the shower curtain was too short for the tub.

Breakfast was very adequate and quite good.

The light in the bathroom was almost burned out, couldn't see at all to apply makeup or shave. I told the maid about it and she camein and told me to use the heat light.Also the chair in my son's room was broken down.

The beds were comfortable. Spacious rooms. Great location

Check in process was lengthy due because my reservations were not up to date with hotel as I modified them through Booked.net. Upon arrival to the room, I found two dirty wash clothes having on the shower curtain rod. I had issues with the room door not closing properly. My family member found a pizza box in her room upon arrival. These incidents were reported to clerk at the front desk with the understanding that she would pass them on to management.

Unboxing my experience

The hotel impressed with itsnice and neat accommodations. The breakfast offered plenty of choices, though I felt seating was on the limited side. I appreciated the friendly staff who ensured a smooth check-in. Being near leisure amenities was a plus. Just be cautious, as noise can drift from nearby rooms.
